The Black and Stone Gas Safety Gauge is the handy, low cost, all in one gas safety device that shows Gas Cylinder Level at a glance, Detects Leaks and, Automatically Shuts Off The Gas in the event of a major leak.

Gas Safety Gauge can be quickly fitted to most gas cylinders.

How it works

The Gas Safety Guage connects between the gas cylinder and appliance hose & regulator.

It works by sensing a sudden change in pressure. (for example: a gas hose being cut or burnt).

When it detects a sudden change in pressure, it automatically, 100% shuts of the gas - preventing a simple accident from becoming a major catastrophe.

How to Fit Gas Safety Gauge

Gas Safety Guage is easy to fit and simple to use.

Please note. These instructions are an overview only and we strongly recommend you read the full instructions supplied with the product before installing or using Gas Safety Gauge.

Step 1.
Turn off the gas cylinder and all appliance controls

Make sure all gas controls are turned off at both the cylinder and appliance. Do not install Gas Safety Guage whle the appliance is operating or the gas controls are turned on.

Step 2.
Unscrew existing regulator from cylinder

Remove the existing regulator from the gas cylinder outlet by unscrewing the handwheel. (You do not need to remove the hose and regulator from the appliance).

Step 3.
Connect Gas Safety Gauge to cylinder

Now, connect Gas Safety Guage to the cylinder outlet and tighten firmly using the easy grip handwheel. Make sure the guage is facing upwards.

Step 4.
Connect regulator to Gas Safety Gauge

Connect the regulator to the end of the Gas Safety Gauge and tighten firmly.

The Gas Safety Gauge is now ready to use.
